Hey #Blind canadiens, I’m in your lovely country. Tips for handling the milk bags? I guess I don’t even know how cited people do it without just dumping the milk everywhere, so I can’t even start to come up with how you do it without vision. CNIB or somebody needs to do a tutorial on this.
@lerven OK but sided people are clipping the corner and then putting the bag in a pitcher or something so you don’t have to keep washing the container and just dumping it straight from the bag into the bowl of cereal. So you’re saying we are skipping that and just doing the extra dishes? This thought did occur to me, but I wanted to know if we can do it the efficient way
@SyHoekstra Oh wait. Or do they do the thing where they clip the corner, bag sits in pitcher and you pour from that? I don't know. Bagged milk is soooo confusing. Please canadians. Teach me your maple syruppy ways
@lerven@SyHoekstra as described. You can get special milk bag clippers with a sharp blade and a magnet on the back you keep on the fridge door, or you can just cut the corner with scissors.
@nxskok@lerven@SyHoekstra Cartons and jugs in Alberta. I prefer cartons. Less plastic touching my food please. I already have enough microplastics in my body.
