One can hope that the AI datacenter proposals in Alberta get squashed due to the separtist nonsense causing uncertainty for the investors. That would be a win-win self-own or what-have-you.
I'm just reading the folks who say "there just isn't enough data centre business for all these, unless AI-for-business is actually worth thousands per month per employee.
I'm just not hearing from working friends that the value comes back, not if you have to pay actual prices for it.
