Anybody know a good term for someone you're in a relationship with, but not in a household with, and is gender-neutral? "Partner" is more of a replacement for "husband/wife/spouse"; I'm looking for a replacement for "girlfriend/boyfriend" specifically.

@scuttlebutt Cute, and I've used that before. But I'm looking for something simpler. It's not really that I need such a term, but that I feel like I knew such a term and can't recall it, and not being able to remember is bugging me.
