There's a few things that make me twitch.

Let's not have the Alberta crest touch the white border circle. If we are going to break the circle with the text, do it evenly on both sides. The caps with caps caps letters is very odd too.

Was this made with AI (Artificial Insanity)? At the very least it strongly reminds me of those awful joe-lunchpail citizen sourced license plate designs.
