First disk replacement completed a-ok. Second one underway with 8hr eta. I'm not even sure this enclosure is supposed to be hot-swap capable but I did so on the second replacement anyways. (First one I did with the host powered off)
edit: I looked up the model and yes it's advertised as hot swap capable
