This will take a while, because the cleanup jobs are written to have small delays between each operation and a numerical limit per job, and they run x times an hour.
This is fine. It isn't needlessly hammering the little NAS all the #SelfHosted things are running on, and will eventually get through the backlog.
Performance of everything running is just peachy.
