@n_dimension @feather1952 I believe you need to hill your spud plants to get more spuds. How that works for an indoor pot and a single eye being planted, I'm not sure. If this one sprouts can you put her in entirely, or maybe just 2-3 eyes that are going?
(I am so not a gardener, but I ate mud in one on a farm that one time as a kid.)
