@0xabad1dea @penfount I'm just a casual enjoyer for about a decade, though I do have about 10-12 pens now and 8 inks. Mostly modern pens. My two Parker Vacumatic from the 40s were ebay finds.
For trouble-free, read I don't use them often enough and most of them have very hard starts if they start at all without wetting the nib. Pens with EF,F are the worst offenders. Obvious solution, I need to write more often.
